Belly Dance Lessons  with Mara

 Shimmy into shape!!! Learn the beautiful art form of belly dance, a wonderful low-impact exercise that is great for women of all ages and sizes. The benefits of belly dance include body toning, increased energy and flexibility, improved posture, and increased self-esteem. Mara's classes include isolations, shimmies, undulations, improvisation, and you will learn a short dance (choreography) in each session.

Wear comfortable clothing for exercising and stretching. You do not have to show your belly, and hip scarves are fun, but optional.  

Classes taught in Colorado Springs in 8-week sessions.
The Summer Session will run from June to August.
