You too can learn the beautiful art form of belly dance! Oriental dance is a wonderful low-impact exercise that is great for women of all ages and sizes. The benefits of belly dance can include body toning, increased energy, improved posture, and increased self-esteem. Mara's belly dance lessons include isolations, shimmies, undulations, improvisation, and choreography. Wear comfortable clothing for exercising and stretching. PRIVATE LESSONS Private lessons are a great
way for students to develop advanced skills, learn specific techniques and receive more
personal attention. Advanced techniques such as veil work, sword balancing, finger
cymbals, etc. can be taught. Private lessons are tailored to the individual needs of
the students. Mara also has great choreographies she can teach you for
